Warranty

At Black Monk Rosaries, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and durability of our products. That’s why we stand behind them with our Lifetime Warranty, The Black Monk Rosary Promise.
If your rosary, medal, chain, or chaplet ever breaks or becomes damaged, simply mail it to Black Monk Rosaries, and we will repair or replace it with a brand-new item, no questions asked.

Refunds / Returned Products

At Black Monk Rosaries, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for 30 days from the date of purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may return it to us in re-sellable, new condition and in its original packaging for a full replacement or refund. Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was shipped in error or is defective.
​
Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was shipped in error or found to be defective.
​​If your item is defective, please notify Black Monk Rosaries within three (3) business days of receiving your order.
​​Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. PayPal refunds are typically completed the same day, while credit or debit card refunds are processed immediately on our end but may take 2–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
​​Order cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Shipping Terms
​Domestic Orders:
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail.
International Orders:
International orders are shipped via FedEx.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. Black Monk Rosaries cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, Black Monk Rosaries will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer to arrange re-delivery. If reshipment is requested, additional shipping charges will apply. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
To help prevent loss or theft, we recommend selecting a secure delivery location where only authorized individuals can receive your package. Black Monk Rosaries is not liable for packages lost or stolen after shipment or confirmed delivery.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.
Please note that Black Monk Rosaries is not responsible for any customs duties, import fees, or tariffs associated with international shipments, returns, or repairs.

​Backorders

While we strive to keep all items in stock, certain products may occasionally become backordered. Black Monk Rosaries reserves the right to cancel any backordered item at its discretion. In such cases, customers will be promptly notified, and any payments made for the canceled item will be fully refunded.

Right to Refuse Service
​Black Monk Rosaries reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and any payments already processed will be fully refunded.

Custom Work​​

Due to the high demand for Black Monk Rosaries, we are currently unable to accept custom orders at this time. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.

No Parts Sold
Black Monk Rosaries does not sell individual components such as centerpieces, crucifixes, beads, or paracord, either wholesale or retail.

Catholic Statuary

​A 50% restocking fee applies to all order cancellations.
All statues are considered special-order items and cannot be returned.
​
All statue shipments are fully insured and a customer should notify Black Monk Rosaries of any damage as soon as possible. We will request pictures of the broken or damaged statue for insurance purposes.
Shipping method depends on the size of the statue:
24", 32", and 40" statues are shipped via FedEx or UPS.
48" or taller statues are shipped via freight carrier.
Customers will be charged a flat $7 fee to cover processing and handling.
Duties & Taxes:
Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, import fees, or taxes associated with their order.
