• The Black Monk Rosary Promise - (Lifetime Warranty) If your Black Monk Rosary, Medal, Chain, or Chaplet would ever break or gets damaged just mail it to Black Monk Rosaries and we will repair or replace it with a Brand New Rosary, Medal, Chain, or Chaplet  - No Questions Asked.

 

Refunds / Returned Products

 

• We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our products for 30 days after purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may return it to us in re-sellable condition, postage paid, for a full replacement or refund. Please ensure that the item is returned in new condition and in its original packaging. Refunds will only be issued once the product has been returned and inspected. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was shipped in error or is defective. In the case of defective products, please notify Black Monk Rosaries within three business days of receiving your order. All refunds will be processed via a Black Monk Rosaries check, which will be mailed within 3–5 weeks from the time the return is received by Black Monk Rosaries or a cancellation is requested in writing. Refund checks will be sent to the billing address provided on the order, unless a different mailing address is requested in writing.

 

Shipping Terms

 

• Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, while international orders are shipped via FeEx. Please ensure that you provide an accurate and complete shipping address for your order. Black Monk Rosaries cannot be held responsible for any loss or non-receipt of a package due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, Black Monk Rosaries will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer to resolve the issue. Should the customer wish to have the package re-shipped, they will be billed for the additional shipping charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable.To prevent loss or theft, please avoid having your package delivered to a location where unauthorized individuals may sign for or take possession of it. Black Monk Rosaries is not liable for any packages lost or stolen after shipment or delivery. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email, allowing you to track your package's status. Additionally, Black Monk Rosaries is not responsible for any duties, fees, or tariffs applied to orders, whether they are new shipments, returns, or repairs.

• Black Monk Rosaries reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time.

• Black Monk Rosaries is hosted by WixStores. WixStores hosts the store pages, ordering system, and order data. WixStores automatically collects order information but may only use this information in the aggregate. Black Monk Rosaries keeps all customer information confidential and will not share or sell this info to anyone or any company. Black Monk Rosaries reserves the right to refuse any order.

Custom Work​​

• Black Monk Rosaries as of  January 1, 2025 no longer does custom rosaries.

• All custom work must be submitted to our production team for approval. Please note that any custom order that is canceled will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Custom rosaries cannot be returned.

No Parts Sold

 

• Black Monk Rosaries does not sell any of it parts such as centerpieces, crucifixes, beads, and paracord individually wholesale or reatil.

Catholic Statues

​

• Ordering Process: Black Monk Rosaries covers the production costs when an order is placed.

• Cancellation Policy: A 50% restocking fee applies for cancellations. No Exceptions

• As these are special order, statues cannot be returned.

• Availability: Statues are sold exclusively within the lower 48 United States.

• Tax Information: No sales tax is charged on orders shipped outside of Texas.

• Transportation depends of the size of the statue, for example since  24", 32",  and 40" we will ship by Fedex or UPS - 48" or taller statues ship by freight. Customers will only charged $7 shipping cost to cover processing fees.

• Customers are responsible for any duty charges: 1)Religious items are exempt from duty in the United States if they are imported for use by a religious institution. This includes items used in churches, schools, hospitals, and other religious organizations. 2)In the United States, shipments under $800 are generally duty-free, but shipments between $800 and $2,500 May have a simpler clearance. 3)Duty fees are normally just 3% of the value of a shipment.
